In the course of kinesiology - Free expression, we begin the investigation and discovery of the expressive potential of our body with the ultimate goal of their creative use. Relaxation and physical expression exercises, kinesiological improvisations, improvised theatrical actions are some of the tools we use in order to enrich our expressive code.
The course is group and through interaction, a fertile creative environment of communication and personal expression is created.
ESPECIALLY
This course will be based on two topics inextricably linked, kinesiology and free expression. Within a framework of safety and respect we will move and express ourselves by exploring new ways of expression and improving our already existing kinesiology "thoughts" and our personal patterns.
In more detail, our lesson will be divided into two parts, that of Kinesiology where we will deal with the positions and postures of our body, we will coordinate breathing with movement, we will delve into the technique, in order to discover the possibilities of our basic tool , of our body with elements from Contemporary Dance.
In the free expression part we will let our basic instincts be unleashed. Through improvisation exercises we will get to know better our capabilities and the qualities of our movements. We will work with the element of shame and unlock any trapped energy zones that prevent our body parts from expressing themselves to dance and release.
The aim of this course is to bring us closer to our body, to strengthen its empowerment and training through a pleasant process, to learn to connect and move with other bodies in our space of action and to love every imperfection of ours and of all the bodies around us.

AT THE END OF THE YEAR THERE WILL BE A PRESENTATION OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Course objectives:
•kinesthetic and emotional connection to a text/role
• the body will be ready to move/react with as many different qualities of movement as possible.
• peripheral vision will be worked on
•enhancing concentration and communication
• consciousness of the whole
•consciousness of body parts
"Together we will take a journey of expression through dance movement which will include many elements of contemporary dance as well as theatrical kinesiology. We will learn to place ourselves in space, use our peripheral vision and also control our body weight. Through ; of improvisational games we will let ourselves be enchanted by movement through rhythm and music"
